Who we are

SagaHalla is the public name of Procept Partners, LLC-S Series SagaHalla. Contact: support@sagahalla.io.

What the product is

SagaHalla is a user-directed structural-intelligence and automation platform. You review an auditable decision record, configure instruments, rules, thresholds, and allocation limits, and — if you choose — authorize order routing on a brokerage account you already hold.

What SagaHalla is not

• Not investment advice, a recommendation, or a suitability determination.
• Not a robo-adviser or managed-account service.
• Not developed or operated by Alpaca or Coinbase. Connecting a broker does not make SagaHalla that broker.
• You pick instruments, rules, thresholds, limits, and permissions.

Accounts and eligibility

You sign in with Clerk (email or supported social login). Validator is free. Operator and Allocator are paid plans. Access to live brokerage automation depends on your plan. You must be able to open and maintain your own brokerage account with the venue you connect.

Broker connections

You connect a brokerage account you already have by creating trade-only API keys at that broker and pasting them in the SagaHalla user app. Keys are stored encrypted for that book. One venue per book. You remain the brokerage customer. SagaHalla does not open, KYC, or manage your Alpaca or Coinbase account. Connecting is not live trading.

Execution

Connected is not Armed. Live order submission requires separate in-app arming, a kill switch (default engaged), an execution mode you choose (Manual Review or Standing Instruction), and platform gates. You can pause or disconnect at any time. Standing Instruction is an advanced opt-in you control.

Paid plans

Validator is free. Operator is $99 per month. Allocator is a $3,500 one-time platform license plus $199 per month and includes brokerage automation. Billing is on sagahalla.com/account. Prices are informational and are not a performance claim.

Acceptable use

Do not imply that SagaHalla or you are Alpaca, Coinbase, or any other venue. Do not use the product to evade broker or market rules. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid fees, or risk to other users.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The product is provided as-is. Markets involve risk of loss. SagaHalla is not responsible for broker outages, rejected orders, or losses from rules you configured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior twelve months. Alpaca and Coinbase do not warrant that SagaHalla will work as advertised.
