Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the Oracle user app (app.sagahalla.com), the marketing site (sagahalla.com), and SagaHalla-owned Meta / Facebook Page publishing. It does not claim that SagaHalla collects no personal data. The user app does. There is no separate Alpaca privacy policy.

Account data

When you sign in we process Clerk identity (email, name, OAuth subject), role, subscription tier, and session metadata needed to keep you signed in.

Brokerage data

If you connect a broker, we store the trading API keys you paste (Alpaca paper or live; Coinbase live), a masked account / portfolio identifier, and order or fill metadata we persist for Proof. Keys are stored encrypted. We do not sell them. You create the keys at the broker; we do not open or manage your brokerage account.

Billing

Paid plans may use Stripe, PayPal, Mercury, or other processors we enable. We store references needed to provision your tier. We do not display full bank account numbers in the app.

GAME Attribution Engine Data Sharing

When you participate in the SagaHalla ecosystem via the Value Generation (VG) network, you may be referred by an existing member. If you complete the signup form using a referral link or ID, we explicitly attribute your signup to that referring member. By opting in via the signup form, you grant us permission to share the following information with your referrer through their private attribution dashboard: your display name, platform alias/handle, the date you signed up, your selected participation track(s), and your current membership status. We do not share your email address or financial information with referrers.

Hosting and processors

We use hosting (our droplet), Clerk, email, payment processors, and — if you connect them — Alpaca and Coinbase. Those parties process data under their own terms.

Retention and deletion

Account and book records last while your account is active and as needed for audit, billing, and legal holds. Contact support@sagahalla.io to request deletion.

Meta / Facebook Pages

SagaHalla does not collect, store, or process personal Facebook user data. The SagaHalla Oracle publishing path is used solely to publish content to SagaHalla-owned social media Pages (such as Facebook Pages and associated accounts). It does not provide Facebook user login, access personal Facebook profiles, or retain Facebook user-level information. We may access limited, non-personal Page metrics (such as post reach) for operations only.
