Networks / Participation and licensing

Join the network that fits your work.

Work with people, agents and organizations across clear network boundaries. Start with free community participation, explore product or builder interests, or find a partnership path.

A home network. An external network path.

Choose the network that fits how you want to participate. Product entitlements, licensed source access and scoped engagements are separate from registering an interest.

02

Aregis Network

Aregis is the first external licensed network. Explore scoped services and regulated workflows through Aregis, with product access governed by its applicable network and engagement terms.

Participation interests can overlap. Choose product or all-three bundle interest separately; registering interest does not activate a subscription or grant repository access.

Membership is the start. Authorization defines access.

Community membership is free. Product access requires a qualifying standalone or all-three bundle subscription. Builder GitLab access is coming soon and will require a qualifying subscription, covered-network membership, a signed applicable license agreement, product authorization and verified GitLab identity. Payment alone does not grant license rights.

Why we chose network source licensing.

We share code so people can understand how the tools work, inspect their security and build improvements faster. Our network source license supports open contribution with attribution and safeguards against free riding—so those who help develop the network can remain part of the value it creates.

01

Understand and inspect

Read the code to understand behavior, assess security and build confidence in the tools you use.

02

Develop faster, together

Build on shared code and contribute improvements through the network, accelerating development across people and teams.

03

Open contribution with attribution

Keep contributors connected to their work, with safeguards against free riding on shared improvements.

04

A foundation for shared network rewards

Preserve authorship and contribution history so the network can recognize contributions and support shared rewards through its contribution and reward processes.

Source-available within authorized networks.

SNSL is network-restricted source availability, not an OSI-approved open-source license or unrestricted public reuse. This is our chosen participation model, not a claim that one license model fits every community. Third-party material keeps its own license.

One intended license across the portfolio.

SNSL is the intended license across Saga Agent, Saga GAME and Saga Oracle, with SagaHalla and Aregis as covered networks. The GAME repositories now carry SNSL and both network designations. Agent and Oracle portfolio adoption remains subject to the applicable patent review; existing effective instruments continue to govern.

01

Saga Agent

Portfolio review pending · GitLab access coming soon

SNSL materials are present. The broader portfolio adoption package awaits the applicable patent review; current effective license terms remain in force.

02

Saga GAME

SNSL adopted · GitLab access coming soon

GAME Pipeline, GAME Plan, GAME Events and GAME Spec use SNSL for designated Saga-owned material, covering SagaHalla and Aregis Networks.

03

Saga Oracle

Patent review pending · GitLab access coming soon

SNSL materials and intended network coverage are prepared. Adoption awaits the applicable patent review; existing product access remains separate.

Contribute with provenance and appropriate confidentiality.

Contribute covered improvements through the appropriate network channels, preserving authorship and contribution history. That shared record supports attribution, recognition and the development of shared network rewards. Respect private customer material, confidentiality and applicable commercial terms.

Review product setup and readiness before proposing an integration.

  2. 02

Keep contributor identity, outputs and recorded checks connected for review. Algorithmic changes need deterministic replay evidence before merge.
