Same engine. An SMA when you want an adviser β or run it yourself.
SagaHalla Oracle records what it observed, decided, and verified. An independent adviser can wrap that engine as a separately managed account. Your desk can also keep authority and use Allocator directly. Custody stays with you either way.
Every signal explained. Every decision traced. Every outcome verified.
Who this is for
RIAs, funds, and family offices that want Oracle-governed execution with a clear split of roles β not a retail tip sheet, and not a SagaHalla fund.
Two lanes β same Oracle
Do not collapse them. SMA is the adviserβs offer. Allocator is software.
Lead
SMA β adviser of record
Eligible clients engage an independent advisory partner for a separately managed account. Aregis is the first listed partner. The adviser owns suitability, the client agreement, reporting, and trading oversight. SagaHalla Oracle supplies the decision engine, the record, and execution tooling. Typical fit: initial deposits above $100k. Smaller sleeves stay on the self-direct lane.
Second
Run it yourself β user-directed Allocator
Your firm is the user. You choose instruments, rules, limits, and permissions. Manual Review or Standing Instruction. This is Allocator software β not an SMA. SagaHalla does not become the adviser because a professional is logged in.
Who owns what
Independent adviser
Aregis or your RIA β advisory relationship, suitability, client agreement, SMA program.
SagaHalla Oracle
Structural analytics, policy, decision record, and execution tooling. Not the adviser of record.
You / custodian
Custody and account authority stay with you. Connecting a brokerage does not start live routing.
SMA engagement
01
Eligibility review
Account size, objectives, service fit, and required documents β before any advisory relationship opens.
02
Agreement and authority
Scope, fees, reporting, and how oversight sits next to Oracle-governed execution.
03
Account deployment
Book and broker/custody setup under the agreed operating model and reporting cadence.
Straight answers
Is this an SMA?
The SMA is the adviserβs program, not a SagaHalla SKU. SagaHalla does not manage the account.
Can we just run the software?
Yes β user-directed Allocator. You keep authority. Do not call that lane an SMA.
Who holds the assets?
You or your custodian. Connecting a brokerage does not start live routing; live submission has separate gates.
What returns can I expect?
No one can promise returns. Judge the record before you commit capital.

Some subscribers want advisory service alongside Oracle-governed automated execution. These services are provided by independent advisory partners, not by SagaHalla. Advisory services are typically limited to accounts with initial deposits above $100k; smaller accounts may still use the self-directed retail Allocator path, where the subscriber keeps authority. Each partner controls its own advisory relationship, client agreement, eligibility review, and separately managed account program.
SagaHalla provides Oracle infrastructure and product access. Advisor partners provide advisory services only under their own authority and agreements. Listing a partner here does not create a recommendation, client relationship, guarantee, or offer of securities.
Institutions, treasuries, and operating entities may also contract for managed services around a sovereign SagaHalla Oracle instance. The instance remains deployed for that subscriber or organization; operational scope, access, custody boundaries, authority, reporting, and service levels are defined by contract.
Managed-instance services are operational and contractual. They do not replace any required advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, custody, or fund-management agreement when those regulated services are needed.
